The star -- a discarded metal box -- and the crushed fan cage come from a wooded area near my
grandmother's house in La Belle, Florida. The wood, I found in the Mill District
in Minneapolis. The "clock hands" were lying along the stretch of Tennessee interstate
where my truck broke down in July 2008.
